The College is situated in a lush well maintained Campus known as the Smt CHM Campus in a prime location, opposite the teeming Ulhasnagar railway station on 16 acres of land. The College itself comprises of the main building of G+3 floors (built in 1965), one annexe building with ground floor, and a new building of G+3 floors (built in 2006), two well maintained sports grounds, one parking lot, the Principal K M Kundnani Botanical Garden, a hothouse, and a Vermicomposting unit.

Academic activities:

Keeping in view the academic growth of the College in terms of the increase in the number of courses, and the increase in the number of divisions since 2003, the infrastructure has been greatly augmented to keep pace with the demand.
