The College University Grants Committee (College UGC Committee) prepares the proposals for Colleges Projects under the UGC and follows up with their implementation. It also prepares the annual reports and the financial statements and obtains the utilization statements of the UGC Projects of the College and submits them to the UGC annual and at the end of the plan period. The College UGC Committee had many meetings in 2008-09 to draw up the proposals for the XI Plan period,.and Rs 1.075 crores have been sanctioned under the UG, PG and Merged schemes.
